How to Make your Windows Start Menu Faster without any Software?

Sometimes we feel boring when we want to search anything from the start menu of Windows XP or Windows Vista or Windows 7 because files or folders opens very slowly. But in this post I will show you how to solve this problem without using any software.

Most of you may have knowledge about it. But actually I am writing this small post who do not know this trick.


To do this task please follow this steps:
1. Go to Start Menu > Run and type regedit in the textbox and press Enter.
2. Now go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Control Panel > Desktop.
3. In the right side you will get a value named MenuShowDelay. Double Click on it.
4. Set value as 0 in the Value Data field and click OK.
5. Now get out from here by closing the window.

To test the speed of the start menu, please restart the computer.
