How does Various Types of Google Bot Work

The leader of Internet world and the most popular search engine Google is indexing huge amount of pages everyday. For performing this task a special type of Google algorithm is used namely Google bot or spider. These bots analysis the links of various websites and index into the database of Google. Google uses various types of bot to perform this task. Now I will describe here about some bots.

Google Bot:
Using this bot Google searches the new pages through Internet.

This bot is of two kinds:
Deep Bot: This bot collects all kinds of content from Internet and index those. It collects the detailed information of all pages too.
Fresh Bot: This bot always tries to find new information. It uses the already indexed information and find additional information based on that.

Media Bot:
You have seen that Google show ads (adsense) in various kinds of websites keeping similarity to the contents of that site. Google do this using media bot.

Image Bot:
This kind of bot search new images and add those to the Google image search. The name of image, page title etc. are deeply considered and then stored to database. If you want to get some extra visitors from Google image search then you have to tweak images regularly.

Ads Bot:
This bot is not a part of regular Google indexing. This bot was made last year to specify the page quality of websites for showing the Google adwords ads. This bot finds out the good quality websites and contents.


To get a good ranking in the search engine you should allow all bots to access your websites. You should not do any kind of work during website development which will make a problem for the Google bots to enter and index your website.
